POOR SERVICE RECEIVED FROM OUTSURANCE

They broke into our house in January 2013. I notified Outsurance and they asked for the items that were. They admitted the claim in respect of the electronic goods and Wii games that were.

Outsurance indicated that they do not pay out in cash but will replace the goods. I was requested to detail the makes and models of the items. It took the supplier approximately 10 days to deliver the electronic appliances.

They requested that I supply them with the names of the Wii games that were. I emailed the names through to them on 4 February 2013. Today, on 5 March 2013, the games have not yet been replaced. When I tried to get hold of Christinah last week she did not return my call for 2 day. Two days later I called again and again she was not available. I asked that her manager calls me. I am still waiting for the manager...

On Friday last week Christinah finally called back and said that the supplier had ordered the games. I asked when she provided them with the names of the games. She said that she only sent it through on 28 February 2013 as she did not see it in her inbox before... Not good enough... I wonder when the manager will call me
