Extremely disappointed! Never again

My house was burgled on Thursday (7 Feb) last week. Immediately called Outsurance to register my claim.By Friday (8 Feb), I had sent everything that they asked for. Despite all the promises that they make in their media, the claim was only approved on Wednesday (13 Feb) and this after calling several times to follow up. The suppliers only came through today after another nauseating round of calls to Outsurance.

As it happens, they approved a Pta based supplier to replace the jewelry when I live in Johannesburg. That is just insensitive. And now, I am advised that the supplier they have chosen will have to order a replacement computer and only supply it a week later. How am I supposed to run my business? If they know the supplier doesn't have the items, why not find one who has or give me money to go and buy. This is just not acceptable and I will have nothing to do with Outsurance. Terminating my policy after this. Thank you for opening my eyes to very poor service.
