Not getting feedback and service

I have swithched to FNB the first week of January 2013 and I ordered a iPhone 5 from FNB as per there promotion. I adhered to all the prerequisites, and now i get no feedback of when i will receive the iphone or will i receive a iphone! I am very disgusted with this type of service!
