Call centre agents unable to assist me with accoun

I have spent hours on the phone, calling the call centre for account enquiries. I have been listed on transunion on ITC as a bad payer for an account in arrears however when I phone the call centre I am told that all my balances are 0.00. And that I must phone transunion to correct my details. However transunion requires a letter from african bank stating that my accounts are paid up. Also I am listed as having 4 accounts with them when to my knowledge I only ever had 2. I would like to know what the accounts are for.
