I have sent African Bank an email regarding them closing one of my accounts that I have with them.and that theshould update it on ItC Transunion. I have been promised by the loan back office that they have sent through a request but I have have asked them to cc me on the email that they have sent to Transunion but they didnt do that, I gues they just ignore my emails. Im really not happy, I have been a vallued customer and always kept my account inorder. When you open an account with them they list it immediately but when you close an account they take forever, they account is paid but ITC Transunion still shows that I owe R 10058. ITC Transunion requires an email from African Bank stating that they should close the account. Im in a process of buying a house and this is really affecting me. The need to update this immediately. I would call them and everytime they tell me everything is in order. The account was paid already on th 4th October 2013
