I am struggling to have African Bank update My ITC Profile at Transunion Credit bureau. I had paid up my accounts with them and they only updated 3 out of 5 accounts I had. I ave contacted them several time and even lodged a complain on hellopeter and African Bank's Consumer Advocate to no avail. I received a call after the hellopeter complain and was told that I will be contacted as soon as this has been sorted out, till today I haven't received any feedback. The two accounts with REFS Nos: GPT 000070 & 3263048401 remain un updated till today. I an now left with no option than to seek a legal opinion and lodging a dispute with Transunion. I am busy applying for a home loan and this is inconveniencing me. They keep sending me sms's that my profile was updated with the updated accounts's ref numbers disregarding the accounts that were not updated. This must be sorted out as a matter of urgency.
