Lunchtime Rush with ONE TELLER and ONE CONSULTANT

I usually go to this particular Nedbank branch to do my usual banking but today i was really disappointed at their service that i have always praised. In the branch there were 3 Nedbank workers to be seen.. 1 was the security guard and the other 2 the cashier and the consultant.. There were about 15 people altogether in the bank, after waiting 15mins while standing in the line to deposit money no one moved. It was annoying because lunchtime is only for an hour, im standing in a line for 15mins and im still 5 people away from being seen by a teller... this branch needs an urgent upgrade on employees especially during the lunchtime rush which starts at approximately 12h00- 14h00. I thought it was convenient to do my banking there but not anymore
