Poor service and not being safe

I would just a raise bad services that i receive at one of the Nedbank branches in Malandela Road Kwa-mashu in Durban, am quite disappointed by the service i received especially coming from the bank that has "people -centred "as one of their policies. on 25/01/2014 i went to the branch round about 9.30 if am not mistaken and only received the service round about 11.45 ish, the sad part is while we were waiting to be serviced by one of the tellers a guy walked into the branch and slapped one of the clients that we were within line just because she complained about him cutting the line, all in all the reason for this complain is one the poor service, and experiencing violence No one did anything about it, the security at branch didn't care at all instead laughed when the guy throw my ID lastly when we told the teller that the guy is cutting line, the teller continued assisting this guy, Am not sure whether as a business this is what you teach your staff members do, if its shame on this Bank.
