IM CHANGING BANKS

I cannot believe I stood in a line for 30 minutes and moved 2 steps. The consultants are lethargic, no in fact they look half dead. The branch manager does not bother to inquire about what people are standing in line for. Old ladies were standing for over an hour with no service even for our beloved senior citizens. All I needed was a stamped bank statement to purchase a vehicle, well there goes my vehicle. I have not seen such terrible service in my entire life, 30 minutes in a line that doesn't move... in awe of the level of incompetence. I am moving to another bank, I would rather use a loan than go back to FNB. I am done. Good bye FNB.

Nedbank has given me much better service, car finance, a credit and a loan that my own bank couldn't give me. Nedbank has asked me to move over to them, well now I am taking up the offer.
