Phone always engaged and no one else to help

I have been trying to find out for over an hour on what the amount is that I have left owing on an outstanding account with the vehicle finance. I get given the direct line to the person and it has been engaged since 0800 this morning. Try the call centre and get moved from one person to the next, being told everytime they will transfer me to the recoveries center. All i want to know is what is outstanding so that I can pay it off. This is why I no longer bank with Standard Bank...
