EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I tried obtaining vehicle papers from standard bank only to find out that money was outstanding. After paying the outstanding amount I was told on the 20/08/2013 that I would have the papers within 10 days. needless to say this did not happen and there was always some or other excuse. I was told to go to the traffic department and draw the papers on the 25/09/2013 after phone calls at least once a day. The traffic department said there was no papers there and I had to go back to the bank. In the meantime the vehicle has been sold and the licence expired on the 30/09/2013, which now has to be paid before any re issue can be done (at a cost I might add) who will be liable for that? They then gave me another number to call and I was promised an answer today by 11am, also didn't happen. making Phone calls every hour to standard bank and their broken promises that they would call me back as they are sorting it out. they will call back before close of business today. Didn't happen. What type of service is this??? We have accounts with Standard Bank and I can assure you that I will be moving all my business to another bank that offers the service that we all rightly deserve.
