Take too long to resolve claims

I put a claim in for storm damage to my roof. Ooba appointed a contracting company to inspect the damage. The appointed company was extremely unprofessional which resulted in me laying a complaint about their service with Ooba.

My claim was then rejected. I followed Ooba's process to dispute their rejection and got an independent contractor to write up a report regarding the damage and submitted it on 3 December 2013.

Every time I call to query the status I am informed that they are busy appointing an internal assessor which should take 1 to 2 days. It has now been 2 weeks and I have had no feedback.

With the extremely rainy weather that we are experiencing the damage is getting more and more extensive as time passes.
