Hi, I submitted documents regarding a pre approval for a home loan on Thursday, 18 July at 13h30. I am still waiting for feedback. I recieved an e-mail saying there's a delay because the system they use is down. How is this possible. I applied through OOBA thinking it was a quicker and better way to get help. I was so wrong. I would appreciate any feedback, I dont even think a credit check was done yet. Seems like I should rather sort assistance with the bank or estate agents. I'm really disappointed.
