Claim lodged with ooba, 2 weeks ago, for roof damages as a result of heavy rains, bad weather . assessor rejected roof claim repairs on the basis of poor workmanship. Various calls to ooba that I may get the rejection letter to proceed legally as the home owner, I am not liable for poor workmanship from the previous owner . bank inspected property on trf of sale . no feedback or response from ooba in 2 weeks. Argumentative and very upsetting, not to mention poor customer SERVICE . DON'T USE OOBA!
