ON 2ND MARCH MY WIFE POSTED A COMPLAINT ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CAPITEC'S CALL CENTRE. TO DATE THERE'S BEEN NO RESPONSE... LOE AND BEHOLD "SCRUMDOWN" POSTED A COMPLIMENT ON THE 4TH ABOUT CAPITEC AND GUESS WHAT LEE- ANNE DAVIDS HAS ALREADY RESPONDED TO HIM OR HER. JA NEE SOME OF US ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS. THE WAITING CONTINUES... BY THE WAY LEE- ANNE WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR ALL OF US WHO HAVE COMPLAINTS TO CHANGE OUR NAMES TO "SCRUMDOWN". IT WOULD MAKE THINGS BETTER, FASTER AND SIMPLER SINCE SEEING MOST OF US CAN'T AFFORD THE WAIT ON YOUR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUMES ON 0860 10 20 43. A RESPONSE TODAY, TOMORROW OR EVEN ALL TOGETHER WILL BE APPRECIATED!
