BAD COMMUNICATION AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS A CLIENT!!

I did experience a very bad side of FNB Home loans as it was my first time I did seek any help of them and to my disbelieve I was treated as I was such a bad client and I am very long with FNB but up until now I experience very bad service from this Terrible bank. I applied for a re-advancement of R20000.00 that is what I did qualify for on my home loan and after how many request they send me only on the day when I did go into the nearest bank to acquire about my re-advance then only they send a message to my cell that it has been rejected due to poor payment profile which I can afford I am really dissatisfied about it. then I requested w.r.t. to my bond repayments that has to be re-calculated and all the monies that I paid since 21/08/2012 that my fix rate expired I want it to be paid into my personal account and not my bond account I called the call centre 3 times and every time I get the run around they said a consultant will contact me but to no avail I want immediate action w.r.t. my request A.S.A.P. the slogan is saying HOW CAN WE HELP YOU THEY MUST CHANGE IT TO HOW CAN WE LOOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO FNB VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. FROM SEDICK.
