I received a call yesterday from a Hollard Insurance broker telling me that according to my contract with Wesbank I need to have Comprehensive insurance on my vehicle till it's paid off. I told him that I am fully aware of this as I've read the contract that I've signed and I do have current insurance. He said that it's fine, and I need to send him proof of insurance within the next 3 days to [Email Removed] or they will activate an insurance policy and deduct the payments. This is absolutely unacceptable. I an more than happy to present Wesbank with my proof of insurance, and I know that they have my insurance policy number etc. on file, so they do have this on their records.
