I have had it with the constant to and fro with Wesbank and Hollard insurance!

For the past year I have attempted to send proof of insurance to Wesbank and Hollard insurance, only to have another call center agent call from Hollard and request proof of insurance!

On Saturday the 18th of January I receive yet another call from an agent! When I request to speak to her manager I am told that she is not on duty on Saturday???

I have to date sent the information off by fax and email with no resolution, My insurance Broker has also sent this information off by fax and by email - TWICE!

I have been a customer of Wesbank for sometime now and I am not used to this pathetic service! My motorcycle has been insured from the very first day I collected it to date with no interruption of cover, the same goes for all my other motorcycles that have been insured with Wesbank!

This morning I received an SMS stating that interim insurance will be activated? Who are you to do such a thing without the facts or doing your jobs properly?
