They have debited my account 3 times already and still i haven't received my welcoming pack. They have been sending it since January 2013, and still nothing. They must rather give me back all 3 payments because as far as i'm concerned i haven't received any service for my money, and therefore i would like my money back.
I will rather take my R772-00 p/m somewhere where i will receive good service.
Or i will definitely take this further, as i have all proof of e-mails and messages that has been send to me.
