On the 3rd June 2013 I applied for a cash loan of R1000 rand with Quick Cash well aware that I will be debited R1450 on payday 25th June should I receive the money. On 10 June I mailed them to say I still haven't received the cash. They replied on 11th asking me if I received anything yet to which I replied on the 13th that there is still nothing. On 14 June they replied to me to say their manager has been in a terrible accident and will only make payment next week but and hour later I got a mail to say the manager is doing payments now. On 20 June I mailed to say I still haven't received any payment and on 21st I asked them to ensure that I don't get deducted on the 25th as I haven't received any money from them. on the 23rd they replied to say it wont get deducted and if it does I must let them know and they will reverse it immediately. I have been deducted on the 25 June 2013 for R1450 and they saying now that I should get them bank statements which is not my problem as they are in the error. I still have not received my money back.
