An sms was sent to me about a Christmas special where I would be able to settle my loan with FNB over 3 consecutive payments&receive a 30% discount if I made arrangements before the 13th December 2013. After dealing with an incompetent call centre agent who was clearly trying to me to pay the full settlement at once when I knew exactly what my options are. She insisted I was not able to pay the settlement over 3 payments&that I was not able to go into the bank to my these payments myself that I had no option but to have it debited from my account which was utter. Then I received an sms ysterday to that an amount R653.11 was debited from my account&again this morning an amount of R1192.84 was debited from my account for my outstanding FNB loan. How on earth can FNB just start deducting from my personal bank account without my permission. Spoke to a Tshepiso at the CC she said she cant help me without proof of payment. Apparently the debt collectiong department does not convey messages to other departments asTshepiso had no idea what I was talking about when I advised her I had made arrangements to settle this account. Please see to it that this issue
