No payments since Novembe

We've been using MyGate for our debit orders for several years now to collect payments from our clients that advertise with us.

Since the 1st of November 2012 we haven't received any payments from MyGate until now, the 21st of January 2013 even though we've submitted 6 batches of debit orders that they collected from our clients. They owe us almost R20, 000 in the batches that we submitted but they simply aren't paying out to us.

We phoned multiple times, emailed multiple times and haven't received any response whatsoever. We have no choice but to issue an affidavit and take them to the high court as we have all grounds to do this.
