Debiting my account to much and never getting back

I have been trying to resolve the matter for over 2 weeks now and stil no respnd from the on the 20 the debit my acount for my new insurance but they took a R110 mre I called them and they said they would call me back then on the 28 they debited my acount again this time is was the correct amout they should ave debited on th20 and then 2 days later they debited my acoount again with another r982 and I called them tryng to get the matter resolved they said they would call me back and I am still waiting! This was the worst service I have ever recaeived
