A long term client being let down again!

I sent an e-mail to Michael Jordaan's office and I need urgent feedback. The contents are:

As I write this e-mail, I am very sadden and shocked that yet again, FNB proves NOT to be the bank for the me!

My partner and I were extremely pleased that the bank we have been with for many many years has approved our home loan for a flat that we loved in a Good area. After evaluating the place, our loan was declined by FNB on a simple reason; "it did not have a garage". My jaw literally dropped!! This flat was so affordable...
Unfortunately I cannot take the emotional side out of this disappointment.
I look forward to hearing from someone from the MD's or CEO's office to call me... and hopefully give a better reason that 'it did not have a garage' for this decline to happen. I would appreciate someone in a high position to make a call and actually say... the rules, these are clients for many years, and to retain them for the next 20 years, let's give them the home loan.
