After taking out a hospital plan with Discovery through Prudent in Port Elizabeth and paying for it for over a year and a half, I had my father who was visiting me (a broker with Sanlam for over 30years) take a look to see if everything was still in order as i was assured it was from the Prudent team. Unfortunately It was Not!
Very important Questions were all classified incorrectly. This would result in a Unclaimable situation if I was admitted to hospital and therefor a Contract. The contract was canceled immediately and that's where the problem just became worse. It took them 3 months to stop the debit order and during this time there were no accurate communication between myself and Mr. Mornay Long
After More than a year of trying to sort this problem out still to this day nothing has been dun about this problem. During this year in question I have made more than 15 visits to the prudent premises and countless phone calls and several E-mails, all costs endured by myself with no Accurate result! Pathetic service!
Each of these responces ended in a differant conclusion from, A 2 month refund to a full refund to a "How much do you want back"
