No convenience moving to FNB

I am a happy customer at FNB so I referred my father to them. He then gladly opened an account with them because he is a pensioner he will not pay bank charges if he has a certain amount in the save your change account.

since opening it werent any convenience when he went to collect the card they advised him all is activated. I then activated the internet banking for him he went for assitance then they said internet banking and cellphone banking activated. that evening we logged on and internet banking werent activated. so the next day he went back and they then activated it for him. he also asked them to open a savings account they then didnt advise him of the cost to open the account. the agent said she will make a remark that they will not deduct the amount as he werent informed about this. that same evening he wanted to check his accounts they didnt open the account as requested.

my dad is not impressed at all with this move. (pls note acc details is mine and not dad- mobile is his)

please make him change his perception.
