I am on the Delta essential saver scheme with Discovery, I have myself, wife and daughter on the plan, I was given advice from a representative from discovery (Joe Tucker) as to the type of plan I should take out, firstly he speaks to fast and makes it sound convincing that it is the best plan. I have done some research and from what he was telling me is that it actually is not the best plan the discovery can offer. I had to rush my wife to the hospital last night and was told that I have to pay R900 before she could get admitted, i ended up taking my wife back home and now have to go to a government hospital!!! I for one do not have that type of money available as i am the bread winner and sole provider for my family. For what am I paying R2467 every month? Discovery is a good company but they should get people who care about there client and not think of money first when it comes to their Reps. I have told many people about this and many people have complained about this same gentleman that gives them advice.i would like to know what is going to be done about this guy and the problem now is that I am forced to be paying this until the end of the year!!
