My name is Robin Wakefield, When i grew up i was part of Momentum Heath. Before i got married i looked into medical aid and decided to Change to discovery (wife been on discovery her whole life). The first in the 5 years i need to use discovery i have been let down in a huge way.
My wife fell pregnant at the beginning of last year. We made appointment to Hillcrest hospital to visit Dr Strange, We were on a hospital plan so we had to pay for our visits in cash. (no Problem)
At the beginning of this year we went to book out hospital bed after several scan/viisits to hillcrest. Only to find we were on a Delta core plan (no mention of that on the Card). Only now after all visits we will have to change Gyne and change Hospital: we tried to do a late upgrade! (2 weeks) but you declined it.
You have now made a stressful situation way more stressful and allot more uncomfortable.
Considering I have never claimed for anything and been a faithful member i would have thought you would at least change my member ship!
Very Disappointing and would like someone to look at the situation and care for individual!
