Made a payment on the 3.6.2013 of R9000.00 in my vehicle fiance acc, received a statement during the month of June & notice the payment was not allocated to my acc, called MFC call center, spoke with a agent who requested that I forward the proof of payment to care@mfc & [Email Removed] this was done on the 25.06.2013, then called the call again on the 3.07.2013 to request a settlement figure noticed that my payment made in June was still not allocated, the call center agent then found my proof & informed me that she will have to send this another department, I refused to be kept waiting & asked to speak to a manager was put on hold for a while & then the call ended, contacted Nedbank as MFC is a div, spoke with Percy Sehume who I must say was the only professional that I spoke with in this entire process, he handed the matter over to Isaac, I requested that I feedback by the close of business 3.7.2013, I then called asked to speak with Isaac, who did not call me back, I then called on 4.7.2013 Isaac made all sorts of excuses, I then give him a deadline which he make, he called around 11, requesting from me a proof of payment REFUSED
