Lack Of understanding

I have been a long standing client of Miway.

I updated my policy, and was issued a new premium. i then take the car for an inspection, and was debited the new premium. i then get a call this morning to confirm all the details on the policy, which i had done twice before the new cover. and then get told that my premium is actually higher then i was actually debited. what is going on.

I need answers please, because i never sign up to be messed around by you guys.
if this is the case, i rather cancel and move the business to people that knows what is going on here
