DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 15/12/2012. Ivan contacted me from the claims department on that very day and that was the last I ever heard from him!! My car was stored in Outsurance's yard from the 15/12/2012 until the 07/01/2013 where it was taken to Tutuka Motor Lab their service provider for repairs. It took this service provider an entire month and a day to fix my car and not once did I hear from Outsurance. When I eventually got my car back the rear bumper was badly scratched, my seat belt on the passenger side was broken off completely and there is a huge chip on my windscreen. I contacted the owner of Tutuka Motors to find out what happened as the damages which needed to be repaired where on the front bumper, he was of no help at all! I then sent an e-mail to Outsurance to inform them of the damages and received a call from Ernest who promised me high and low that the matter would be resolved, that was the last I heard of him! I called back again and left messages for a manager to contact me! What is happening in terms of the repairs of the damages which were caused whilst my car was in Outsurances care! This is against the CPA Legislation!
