No Refund after been sent a refund notification

I cancelled my contract and received the following mail: Dear Vanessa Van dyk (Ref No: 9521001006332),

On 2013/01/23 you have purchased a 2 in 1 service package, from our company Loan Discovery SA, at R399.00.
On the 15/2/2013 you were debited by our company after you had made a cash deposit to us or you had cancelled your service package.
Due to the nature of our business and banking regulations, please note that your monies will be refunded to you on the 19/04/2013 via an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Furthermore, we trust that you will find this order.

to date I still have not received my refund, they do not reply to my E-mails and call centre says they will get Finance to get back to me.
