NO service, no "Bend over backwards" for me

I had hail damage to my car in November 2012, and my car went in for repairs. Upon receiving my car back on the 12th of December 2012, I had discovered that despite all the broken promises, the repair job was incomplete, and my car was also badly damaged by the panelbeaters. I immediately reported this to Outsurance, and also submitted photos of the damage.

To date, almost 6 months later, my car has still not been repaired, and I have also have not had any response on the damages caused by the panelbeaters.

I have never had such bad service and responses from any service provider before.
