Communication with customers very POOR!!!

I handed my car in for repairs on the 24th January 2012 as my claim was handled by my car insurance company which is Outsurance. When I handed my car over to Tutuka Motor Holdings I was told the repairs would take 7/8 working. In all the days I was not given any update asto how far are they with my car, I called reception and left a message and no one contacted me, I called on the 8th (01 Feb 2012) day to inquire & spoke to Alex, what I asked him was that today is the 8th day, Am I getting my car back? and he said he will call me back, which never happened. I asked him why is it taking 8days? and his response was that they are other cars, meaning that my car was not top priority. I called this morning (04 Feb 2012) again and spoke to Patrick who told me that I will only be getting my car on Wednesday the 6th of February which will make it 11 days and its totaly unacceptable. Clearly there is a commucation issue in the company, no one seems to know what is going on. Why should I be the one that keeps calling to get an update on my car???
