Account settled 29/01/13 Still waiting for lette

I settled my account with Nedbank (FSE) on the 29/01/2013 already. I am still waiting for my settlement letter. They are very quick to add charges for anything they can think off, but once the account is settled the forget about you and you never receive a letter.
Its suppose to take 5 to 10 working days accoring to Lorraine Beckett at FSE. Oh please what a joke. its been 25 working days and I am still waiting.

Its probably because they cant charge me for the mail now I dont receive it, like they charge you for a statement and the email containing the statement.

Rediculous...
