CLEARLY FNB HAVE FAR TOO MANY CUSTOMERS

I attempted to open a new bank account with FNB by submitting a request on the INternet, within 5 minutes a Consultant called me and was very helpful, she spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me and opened myself and my daughter an account and advised that my card would be delivered in 3 - 5days and my daughters card could be collected at the Branch. This was almost 4 weeks ago, despite me going to the Branch (and receiving disgusting service from a Teller who clearly has no interest in her job), calling FNB and trying to e-mail them, I have still not had the courtesy of a call back, or a response of any form. I have also to date not received my card or my daughters. I was going to change as the bank charges at Nedbank are quite high but at least they give a decent service. The service I received from FNB is a joke and they advertise and promise you the world, but can not deliver.
