I had a phone call with Outsurance, requesting quotes for car insurance and house insurance.
The person who helped me was friendly, however never send me the quotations.
I requested 3 quotations form him, and promised to email me the quote, a long with the R400 cashback promo forum. This never happened. It has been ~10 days now, and no feedback of any kind.
It doesn't seem that they are very compliant with their R400 cash back promo, and are very resistant toward this refunds.
