Not getting any response

Hi,

I'm very disappointed, I applied for a loan last week and were approved, I send in all the documentation and I emailed the lady who send it to me 3 times already, and yet no response.
I tried calling the number 0800777119 and 0114768655 and yet it goes to answering machine.
:-(
