I phoned Zisekele, but they are not very helpful as I told the call centre agent at Zisekele I first need a contract before they deduct from my account.
Yet, they deducted.
I phone Zisekele numeral times with not very helpful people working there, if I can say, Zisekele is not competent at all.
As I received documentations from Phakama (Administrator on Zisekele) I phone, and I spoke to I very friendly lady that can actually talk sense and I could here she knows what she was taling about.
She explained to me EVERYTHING that I wanted to know and had answers to all my questions - If it was not for Phakama Funeral Society and Linda van der Merwe working there I would sure as h@ll cancelled my Policy. Phakama you are very lucky to have Linda working for you.
