Anke from your offices was in touch with me on 4th of February regarding my complaint then. She promised that Outsurance was going to refund my wife with the over charged amount of R314.96. That being the difference between the amount deducted 1 Feb 2013 of R1363.96 and the new premium being R1 079.00. When can we expect this refund? She said it would be back in my wife's account within 48HRS we are still waiting and it's exactly a month today. Please can you urgently resolve this matter today and feedback ASAP.
