Outsurance retrieves excess

I extend sincere thanks to Phakama Mdyeshana in the Legal Department of Outsurance in Pretoria for managing to retrieve my excess from the party reponsible for the collision in which I was involved in September. Various people told me that I could forget to ever see that money - insurance companies do not chase what does not directly benefit them. Well, they were clearly wrong.
