For 7 nearly 8 yrars now we have every year struggled to get it through your thick heads that on a current account we do not pay yearly fees. To stop this nonsense all our cards were replaced by golden catds in2011. Oncr again we have informed you that the new card now send to Kby is an error and I am sure I will get the bill soon. I eas phoned and explained but you still insisted to send this card. Get in in those thick heads of yours now!!! This card was replaced in 2011 With A GoLDEN card to expire 2014. I DONT WANT it and I refuse to pay for it!!! Seven years is a long time to get your records straigjt!!!
