On Sunday evening, I phoned Standard Bank about activities on my account. The account was closed immediately and I was issued with a new credit card. I was told that the division would contact me within a day or 3. On Thursday, still no call, and I started to get worried. BUT, that evening when I went onto my Internet banking profile, I saw that a new credit card has already been linked to my profile and that all transactions were reversed. Up until now, still no call from division, but at least the matter has been resolved within a week, without a fight!
Well done Standard Bank, you have me as a customer for the foreseeable future.
