I bought furniture in 2006 from lubners knysna. they delivered it the same day but i found that my bedroom was to small for the items. They came to collect the bedroom suite, wardrobe, chest of drawers and headboard the very next day. the problem is they never ever took it off my account. I have been struggling for years to rectify this but without success. Now they are herrassing me to pay this account. I only kept the dstv and fridge. now they have charged me intrest on things i dont have. How can they take it back but still wants me to pay for this? How did they explained why they had all those items extra on their stock takes? WHy do they want to make double money on those items. i need someone to sort this out for me please.
