POOR, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS ON BEHALF OF MY HUSBAND.WE BOUGHT A BEDROOM SUITE, 2 BEDROOM ROBES & A COMPACTUM ROBE FROM RUSSELS STORE IN PROMENADE MALL, MITCHELL'S PLAIN IN SEPT.2012.WE LODGED A COMPLAINT IN STORE ON 09/02/2013, ABOUT THE PEDESTALS' DRAWERS THAT CAME LOOSE DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP.THE ROBES ARE ALSO FAULTY.THESE ITEMS CARRY A STORE AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, RESPECTIVELY.OUR PLEAS HAVE FALLEN ON DEAF EARS FOR THE ITEMS TO BE FIXED BEFORE THE WARRANTY PERIOD LAPSES. WE ARE UP TO DATE WITH OUR PAYMENTS. EVERY TIME WE QUERY ABOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS, WE ARE TOLD THE HOLD UP IS WITH HEADOFFICE OR THE SUPPLIERS OR THEIR EMPLOYEES WHO DO REPAIR WORK. WE WERE TOLD BY CARMIELA THAT IT TAKES 7 DAYS FOR THEM TO LODGE THE CLAIM AND FOR THEIR PEOPLE TO SEND OUT SOMEONE TO DO THE REPAIRS.NOTE, WE ARE WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS FOR A CALL OR FEEDBACK.WE HAVE A COPY OF THE REPORT WHEN WE LODGED THE FAULTY DRAWERS.MY HUSBAND HAD TO DEMAND THEM TO PRINT ONE.I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR, WE PAY A OF ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE ITEMS .WE WERE TOLD LAST WEEK THEY'RE GOING TO CALL US ON MONDAY06 MAY2013 & WE'RE STILL WAITING ON THEIR CALL.THIS IS DISGUSTING, PATHETIC TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT FOOLS.
