I bought a bedroom suite to the value of about 12000 rand from furniture city Rustenburg. They delivered the furniture only to discover that all the furniture both bedside drawers head board and chest drawers are damaged, .The chest drawers draws are actually falling on top of one another. The furniture was supposed to be replaced or I wanted a bedroom suite to the same value. All I got was a call from the call centre saying they have received my complaint and they are dealing with it.. its been 2 weeks and no feed back.. poor poor service..i now have a very expensive broken bedroom suite... please get back to me as it is very fraustrating..
