I bought furniture in 2006, I returned the bedroom suite, chest of drawers, headboard and wardrobe the next day. they sent their driver to collect but they never took it off my account. Surely they should capture their returned items and take it off the clients account. Otherwise why did they not bring it back to me then i will gladly pay for it. Can someone please assist in rectify this as it has been an impossible mission to get get results over the past years.
