While we r waiting in queue to open a business account. My brother in law gad to go to toliet. The branch closes the door few minutes after. And a lady just came over to announce that they won't allow him back in. Wihich simply means that whn u r in a queue and need to go to toliet, u can't. U either have to soil urslef, hold till ur bladder explode or come back next time. Nice help from the bank.
