It wasnt the first time this happens to me, infact its the third time in less than a month and i feel for such a huge "convenient" store its very unprofessional and exceptionally unprofessional.. The shop closes at 10 but the biltong bar is forever closed, and when you want to purchase biltong they either tell you, "i have to go back into a long queue to pay for it, or they tell you "sorry it is closed". The first time it was past 9 the evening and i was told sorry the till is closed already & i left it. Last night again, it was about 5:30, 2 managers were standing and chatting, when i asked to buy biltong, the one politely said, "Oh i hope i know how to do this" then told me i have to go back into the queue after i've just bought my weekly groceries& was for more than 20 mins in a queue. I asked her why, seeing that heres a seperate till at the biltong bar, she said she cant open the till. I mean i feel its unproifesisonal & she let me walk after i said its fine, with a sarcastic smurk on the face. Can it be possible that if my skin color was different i wouldve gotten better customer service? I seriously think so yes.. i am seriously dissapointed, seeing that it wasnt the first!!
