Shocking service

I arrived at the bank at 1pm this afternoon and found a queue outside the bank of about 10 people. When i asked the security why no one was being allowed in the bank he simply replied that the door was broken... Now in my opinion that simply isn't a good enough excuse. None the less i asked him to ask someone in the bank when we would be allowed in, he ignored my request. The people working in the bank simply chose to ignore the fact that clients were queuing outside even though they could see us standing outside. More than once one of the bank employees come past us to enter or leave the bank and completely ignored the people standing outside. There was no notice or anything on the windows or door explaining or excusing what was going on. Eventually after an hour of standing outside in the sun waiting to go into the bank i left.
